Samsung has refreshed the Galaxy M21 and launched a 2021 version of the same. The new budget smartphone from Samsung packs a massive battery under the hood. Much like most M-series phones, the Galaxy M21 2021 Edition packs a 6000 mAh battery. It also comes with a new design layout on the back. The device has a vertical camera array with two sensors placed inside the pill-shaped module. The third sensor is located right below. The Galaxy M21 2021 Edition comes in two storage options with 4GB + 64GB storage and 6GB + 128GB storage. The base 4GB variant is priced at Rs 12,499. The 6GB RAM variant will cost Rs 14,499.

It comes in two colour options – Arctic Blue and Charcoal Black. The budget Samsung smartphone goes on sale starting July 26 via Samsung India e-Store, Amazon India, etc.

Specifications and features

The Galaxy M21 2021 is fairly similar to the outgoing model in terms of specs. It features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display. The sAMOLED screen has a water-drop notch on top for the front camera. It comes with a standard 60Hz refresh rate display.

On the back, the phone has a triple-camera setup. There is a 48MP Samsung GM2 primary camera sensor. The other two camera sensors feature an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 5MP depth sensor. For selfies, there is a 20MP front camera sensor.

Under the hood, the device has a 6000 mAh battery. It comes with 15W fast charging support. It draws power from a Samsung Exynos 9611 SoC and is paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
