The HTC Desire 501 is an Android operating system based smartphone from the Taiwanese manufacturer. The phone is powered with a 1.15 GHz dual-core processor from an unannounced vendor. It has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage which could be further expanded upto 32 GB using micro SD card.
Screen and Design
The phone sports a 4.3" LCD with capacitive touch screen and has WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution giving an effective pixel density of about 219 PPI. Design wise, the phone will be inheriting its earlier siblings and would spot curved edges giving comfortable and nice feeling when in hands.
Camera and Multimedia
The HTC Desire 501 has an 8 MP primary camera on the rear which should be capable of recording full HD (1080p) videos. The primary camera is accompanied with an LED flash for better low-light photography. The device also has a 2.3 MP front facing camera that could be used for video calling and snapping selfies.
