HTC U11 EYEs

Taiwan-based smartphone manufacturer HTC has extended its U-series of smartphones with the introduction of U11 EYEs. The device features a big screen which is designed to deliver a top-notch entertainment experience. One of the interesting points of the device is that it features dual front-facing sensors and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The device is slim and reflects a high-end feel thanks to the metal rear panel. The smartphone resembles the HTC U11 Plus which was announced earlier.

The HTC U11 EYEs is equipped with a 12-megapixel primary camera which is coupled with a dual-LED flash which can be used for capturing images and videos. One the front, you can expect detailed selfies courtesy the dual 5+5-megapixel front-facing shooter. The rear camera promises better stills even under the most demanding conditions thanks to HDR, phase detection autofocus, etc. support.
For storing data and installing apps, the smartphone ships with 64GB of onboard storage space which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 128GB.

On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box which is wrapped under the HTC Sense UI. In terms of display, the handset boasts a 5.9-inch Full HD+ IPS display which is bright and reproduces crisp and vibrant colours even under bright sunlight. The display is further protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass protection that avoids scratches.

Under the hood, the HTC U11 EYEs is armed with a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor which is paired with 4GB of RAM that ensures smooth sailing. The smartphone can be used for playing graphics-intensive games and also work on more than two apps simultaneously without affecting the performance of the smartphone.
For connectivity, the device is tagged along with all the regular options like 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and a USB Type-C port.

The HTC U11 EYEs is backed by a non-removable Li-Ion 3,930mAh battery which is good enough to last longer than most smartphones. Also, there is quick charging support that refuels the battery on the smartphone in no time.
