worst mobile in xolo x 900
Pros - cheating in the name of intel
Cons - worst
I bought a xolo x900 mobile mirchimart on 16/02/2013. (IMEI No:911202500060249) my case id is 310000019038 and 310000020145. but, i have lot on complaints on my mobile. (network problem, poor battery backup, over heating during charging, i/o call speaking, via internet, wifi) i contacted xolo care for my complaints. At that time I made a call to xolo care 1800-30-100-104, they logged a complaint and said that pack up your phone in the box and it will be picked up in 1/3/2013. i got a mail from both xolo care and fedex that your pickup is ready and your complaint has been registered, but still now they are not responding it properly, for the past 1 week i am waiting for pickup arranged by xolo care. nobody is responding… again and again i am contacting xolo care and fedex couriers. but, there is no proper communication and response. but they are taking the complaint only and they are not responding for the solution… due to this i am so upset and unable to use my handset… poor response and cheating from xolo care and tie up courier(fedex)… again and again they are sending me the mail regarding open case id and pickup. This is so irritating. I need the solution as soon as possible.

Here is the example and the victim is very much none other than ME!!!
I bought a Xolo X900 Phone from Flipkart on 5th March 2013 for Rs. 14199/-. It worked hardly for couple of months and started giving Network problem later. I had to submit the damn phone to the one of the Xolo’s pick up points in Fort, Mumbai on 22nd July 2013 (Since, they have their service center in Noida their pick point centers send mobiles to service center and then their begins the worst journey of follow ups).
Since then I have been following up with these Xolo Guys for either replacement or refund and it has become a never ending journey now.
The executives I talk to for the status of my phone are just dumb puppets who keep repeating the same phrase saying that we are still working on it. It’s more than a year and till date I have failed to understand what kind of a process are they working on that it takes forever to refund the amount. After all this time waste follow ups I somehow managed to get their PR Manager’s contact details who look after North region, again this guy gave me some other number to follow up. And the story is still continues with never ending follow ups.
I would say if you guys have lot of money to waste or plenty of time to follow ups for the idiot box called Xolo Phone Do go for it but if you value your money do not even think of buying this phone.
I am not the only victim of this Xolo Harassment; I have seen many people like me on Androids creed cursing themselves for buying these phones. So, if anyone of you is planning to buy Mobile of Xolo Brand, All I would say is JAGO GRAHAK JAGO!!!!!

I am writing this to share with you about my experience with LAVA- service center (shardra communication,west patel nagar,Delhi)
I have bought LAVA-IRIS-405 few months back thinking that the brand is putting efforts in building their reputation in the market and their product and service must be good,but unfortunately they are also like china made stuff.
After ,2 months of purchase I have been witnessing the problems and started visiting their service stations. From past 1 months my phone is with the service station with no assurance that they can fix the issue and by when .
They try to fool people by advertising and making fake commitments.
I strongly recommend that it’s worth buying Samsung/htc or sony instead of such newer brands i.g LAVA.
Their customer care center also just don’t work and never able to provide support .seems like their support center is support less.
I have losted and wasted my money buying LAVA and ending up buying Samsung again.
My Strong advice is not to buy any Phone of LAVA company to safeguard your hard earned money.
