Screen, Design and Specifications
Nokia Lumia 2520 is the first tablet device from Nokia. The tablet sports a 10.1" full HD gorilla glass display and runs on Windows RT based Operating System that is optimized especially for tablets. The device is powered with a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The device also comes with an optional external keyboard wherein the tablet can be docked and used for comfortable and speedy typing. Lumia 2520 also comes in 4 color options - Red, Black, White and Cyan.
Camera and Multimedia
Nokia Lumia 2520 will feature a 6.7 MP primary auto-focus camera with Zeis lens on the rear (as seen on Lumia 720) which snaps photos in 3088x1744 pixels and records full HD videos @ 30 FPS. The phone also has a 2 MP front facing secondary camera for video calling which is capable of recording HD videos. Coming to multimedia support, the device will be able to support popular multimedia formats such as MP3, eAAC+, WMA, WAV, Flac, MP4,H.263, H.264 and WMV.
Connectivity and Features
Lumia 2520 has all the common connectivity features such as Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.0, Micro USB 2.0 connector, etc alongside support for LTE and 4G too. Support for 4G and LTE features in the tablet would definitely be liked by many since it lets the users to stay connected even on the go. During the launch of the tablet later this quarter, apps like Flipboard and Instagram will be made available for Windows platform too.
Battery and Storage
Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet has a 8000 mAh battery that would let its users keep using the device for an entire day. Lumia 2520 has 32 GB of total internal storage which could be additionally expanded upto 32 GB using Micro SD cards.
