The Sony Xperia Z1 is the best ever smartphone ever announced by Sony and one of the most flawless smartphones ever in the history. It is powered by the most powerful processor available right now; the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. It consists of four Krait 400 cores running at 2.2 GHz clock speed along with ultra-powerful Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage and an option to expand the store by an additional 64 GB using the MicroSD card slot. Screen & Design
This flagship Android smartphone from Sony comes fitted with a 5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 441 PPI. This display is dubbed as Triluminous display by Sony which makes sure that there is minimum amount of air gap between the glass panel and the screen layer. It also features Sony's award winning X-Reality image processing which increases the contrast and comes with punchy colours.
The Sony Xperia Z1 is designed using anodised hardened Aluminium shell with shatter proof and scratch resistant tempered glass panels at the front as well as the back. The phone also features the iconic rounded aluminium power button on the side of the phone. The volume rockers are at the same side while the headphone jack is at the top of the device. The SIM card slot, MicroSD card slot and the MicroUSB port are all covered by the plastic flap to make the device water resistant. The Sony Xperia Z1 is IP57/58 certified which makes it water resistant for up to 1 meter and 30 minutes. The device is also dust proof and shatter proof. It comes in 3 colours; white, black and purple.
Camera & Multimedia
It features a stunning 20.7 MP camera with a 1/2.3 inch Exmor RS camera sensor and Sony G autofocus lens. It also comes with Sony's iconic BIONZ dedicated image processor which is also used in all of Sony's CyberShot series of digital cameras and Sony Alpha and NEX series of professional cameras. The phone can shoot full HD 1080p videos at 30 FPS along with full resolution images. There is a front 2 MP camera with wide-angle lens and an ability to shoot full HD 1080p videos at 30 FPS as well.
There are other features stuffed into this phone such as Panorama images, HDR images, HDR video recording, Intelligent Auto Plus mode as well as other general bells and whistles that you would expect from a flagship Android smartphone. It can play almost all kinds of normal audio and video files such as MP3, WMA, FLAC, AAC, MP4, WMV and DivX using the unbuilt video player.

It comes with Android 4.3 JellyBean pre-installed out of the box with a custom UI from Sony which is extra-ordinarily smooth. There is proprietary features from Sony such as Walkman, Play Memories, Sony Info Eye, AR video recording, etc.
