Design and Specifications
Sony Xperia SP is a midrange addition to the Xperia range of smartphones in 2013. The phone will come in above the Sony Xperia V smartphone and feature a larger 4.3" capacitive display with HD display resolution that is 720 pixels. The phone like all Xperia phones runs on Android OS, in this case Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Inside the phone is a 1.7 GHz quad core Krait processor to provide ample processing power in conjunction with a 1 GB RAM.
Camera and Multimedia
The Xperia SP has an 8 MP camera with autofocus and LED flash. Other features included are face and smile detection, image stabilization, HDR and other tweaks that allow for taking images and videos faster. In terms of multimedia, the mobile has all major and video codecs included as default.

Sony Xperia SP is a global smartphone with 2G, 3G and LTE connectivity. The phone will also feature all the connectivity options for internet browsing as well as such as GPRS, EDGE, 3G, LTE and Wifi. The phone will also feature Bluetooth and micro USB connectivity

The Xperia SP comes with a huge 2730 mAh battery, that should be more than sufficient to last the mobile on a full day's charge even under heavy use. The 8 GB internal memory combined with a micro-SD slot mean that there should be enough romm for users to store their content.
