Sony Xperia U is a mid range smartphone belonging to the Sony Xperia Range. The phone sports a 3.5 " LED Backlit LCD touch screen display, also known as the Reality Display. The phone runs Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS and is powered by a GHz Dual core processor with 512MB RAM. The phone has the famous Bravia engine and the Timescape UI.The phone sports an interchangeable bottom cover which comes in different colors such as pink, yellow, white and black. The phone also features an illumination strip that changes color based on the primary color of the image or visual on the screen.
