Don't Go for Snap Deal: I have very worst experience giving Galaxy S4 purchase order from Snap Deal. Though it was written 3-4 days delivery, after given the order, got confirmation of delivery item in 7 days. After waiting for 7 days I got again mail and sms confirmation that the delivery got delayed and it will get delivered after 3 days. At last when 3 days is also over then on 4th day early morning I got mail and sms saying that they have cancelled the item delivery because of unavailability of the item. Now in mean time price got increased by Rs.750 and I have wasted 11 days all because of this Snap Deal. I have all the mails and purchase order still in my mail.

But when i received the product, it was used one, It had a screen guard by default there were minor scratches in the screen guard. 2)Bought a reebok shoes and received a entirely different model :( 3)Bought blackout curtain per piece thousand rupees. But received waste product which is more transparent than 250 rupees curtain from EBAY. Really fucked up. .They are ready to refund , But i wasted lot of time by waiting for this product. :(

Very poor product quality. Money back as they advertise is actually a sham. Terrible customer service as you may end up having a phone bill almost as much as the amount of the product itself as they don't respond for months at length! I finally had to send them a legal notice after 4 long months of chases and follow-ups to get my money refunded for the product that had arrived in a dilapidated state!

Customer support and complaints team work as 2 different companies, all responses are just scripted and you get exactly same response every time you right to them. Complaints team and other teams can call you anytime, but there is no way to reach back to them. i had to wait for 70 days to get the refund for a faulty product they shipped to me. not only that, they kept on sending me the product and kept on delivering it society security counter without my notice.
