Is it good for wildlife photography?
The 70-300 lens should serve you alright for some beginner wildlife photography. For anything serious (like if you want to fill your frame with an animal/bird a little distance away), you'll need a lens that will get you closer than the 70-300mm lens will. I believe it is a good start nonetheless.

It depends on the usage of the camera. You get the same quality in both but what differs is the configuration.

Which ones is best Canon 700D or Nikon D5300?
I believe Nikon D5300 is the best, as I've used both of these DSLRs. Nikon D5300 performs more efficiently than the Canon 700D.
