Lenovo ZUK Z2 launches in China for approximately Rs. 18,380


The Lenovo ZUK Z2 has been released in China for CNY 1,799  (approx. Rs. 18,380) on 31 May. The dimensions of the smartphone are 141.65×68.88×8.45mm and it weighs at 149g.

The device has a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1080x1920pixels and the display has a 2.5D glass. On the photography front, Lenovo has included a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash that enhances low-light photography. There is also an 8-megapixel front snapper for selfies and video-calling facility.

The Lenovo ZUK Z2 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box with the ZUI 2.0 on top of it. On the hardware front, the handset is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at 2.15GHz, which is clubbed with 4GB of RAM. The graphics is taken care of by the Adreno 530 GPU. The phone has 64GB of internal storage as well.

The handset is powered by a large 3,500mAh battery that is capable of fast charging. The Home button is embedded with a fingerprint sensor that is capable of unlocking the phone without a passcode and can also help in some online transactions. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, Micro-USB port, and 4G LTE support. The phone is available in two colour variants: Black and White.
