Images of imoo’s first smartphone were leaked a couple of days ago, and it looked nothing different than any generic Android smartphone out there. However, it is expected to be an educational smartphone for students. Now, specifications of the first smartphone from the brand have surfaced on the Internet, thanks to AnTuTu benchmark.
Preliminary specifications of the imoo M1000 include a 1080p display, a 13-megapixel primary camera, and a 5-megapixel secondary camera. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, and is equipped with a Helio P10 (MT6755) processor from MediaTek with Mali-T860 GPU, 3GB RAM, and 32GB ROM. Currently, there is no information regarding screen size, display panel technology, and battery capacity.
BBK Electronics, the parent ODM company of OnePlus, Oppo, and Vivo had announced a new brand, imoo, last week. The device comes with a special camera that can scan and solve mathematical equations and formulae. The only other piece of information that’s known about the new company’s first smartphone is that it comes with metal unibody design in golden trim.
