HTC must be enjoying the glory and fame after introducing its latest flagship smartphone – HTC 10. Meanwhile, the company is already in the news for working closely with Google to launch the next Nexus devices codenamed – Marlin and Sailfish.
According to Evan Blass, who goes by @evleaks on Twitter, HTC is planning an HTC 10 spin-off already. Likely to be called Desire 10, this handset is expected to launch in the third quarter of this year.

However, the Desire 10 appears like HTC will take some design cues from the HTC 10 and bring a stylish mid-ranger device. Whether the company will opt for a unibody metallic chassis for the Desire 10 or not, is yet to be determined. While the rumoured details sound more like a raw plan, the details on possible hardware inside this phone are still unknown.
