Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition brings wooden back to the device, launched for Rs 11,499


Lenovo has announced the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition, which is basically the Vibe K4 Note with a wooden back. The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition is priced at Rs 11,999, and is available exclusively through Amazon.in starting today.

The Lenovo K4 Note Wooden Edition comes with the same specifications as the Lenovo K4 Note. It features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with 1000:1 contrast ratio, 450 nits brightness, 178-degree viewing angles, and is protected using Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. It also comes with a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera (Samsung ISOCELL sensor) with phase-detection autofocus and 1080p video recording, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Under the hood, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition comes with a MediaTek MT6753 processor that has a 1.3 GHz octa-core CPU and Mali T720-MP3 GPU clocked at 450MHz. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, but the company has promised to update the device software to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Connectivity-wise, the device features a dual-SIM card slot with 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS (with A-GPS and GLONASS), and a microUSB port with USB OTG. There are dual front-facing stereo speakers with Dolby ATMOS, Wolfson WM8281 audio codec, and three microphones.

Lenovo has announced that it has 75,000 units of the Lenovo K4 Note till now. The device now competes with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, the Lenovo ZikS1 and the Motorola Moto G4 Plus.
