Huawei P9, the company’s first smartphone with a dual-camera setup, is going to be launched in India soon. Now, the company tweeted an image which hints towards its exclusive availability through Flipkart. The company had already launched a bunch of Honor brand smartphones, Nexus 6P, and the Huawei Watch exclusively through Flipkart in the past.
The Huawei P9 is the company’s high-end Android-powered smartphone with a focus on image quality. It features dual-12-megapixel cameras at the back with Leica optics, 1.25µm individual pixel size, F2.2 aperture, 22mm wide-angle lens, dual-tone dual-LED flash, and phase-detection autofocus. Its front-facing camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels and an aperture of F2.4. Both cameras can record 1080p videos.
Other specifications include a 5.2-inch IPS NEO LCD display with 1080p resolution, HiSilicon Kirin 955 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, a microSD card slot, and a 3,000mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Emotion UI 4.1. In terms of connectivity, it features dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
