OnePlus teased a video two days ago hinting towards the new generation of its earphones. Today, confirming to the release, the smartphone company has unveiled the second-generation Bullets earphones. Dubbed OnePlus Bullets V2, the earphones are the successors to the Silver Bullet earphones which OnePlus had announced last year.
The OnePlus Bullets V2 weigh just 2 grams and does looks slim and stylish. Considering its light weight, it helps reduce distortion caused by cavity resonance and allows for more natural sound reproduction. The Bullets V2 has a dusting of #205 Zircon Sand sprayed on the earbuds, dedicated to improve the touch-and-feel of the earbuds. It has clean edges and looks premium. It uses 9mm driver units, and 24-ohm impedance.
The OnePlus Bullets V2 has a three-button in-line remote and a microphone to answer calls. OnePlus claims that it has optimised the “tri-band tuning process” that produces the last generation’s captivating sound, improving the range to deliver richer bass, more delicate treble, and smoother mid-range tones. The Bullets V2 has a cable length of 1.25 metres, and is comfortable even during extended listening sessions.
The Bullets V2 come in black and white colours, and are priced at $19.95 (₹1,342). OnePlus hasn’t announced when its new earphones will be available to the public, or in India per se, and they are still listed as ‘Coming Soon’ on the company’s website.
