Motorola had announced the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus for the Indian market way back in May 2016. Additionally, the company had announced the cut-down variant of the Moto G4 for the Indian market. However, the company didn’t launch it at that time. Now, Motorola has announced through Twitter that the cheapest variant of the Moto G4 will soon reach the Indian shores.
Here it is!

According to the tweet, Motorola will launch the Moto G4 Play in India on September 6, 2016. The device will go on sale in the country exclusively through Amazon India. Considering that the price of the Moto G4 Plus (16GB) is ₹13,499 and the price of the Moto G4 ₹12,499, we expect Motorola to price the Moto G4 Play to be around ₹10,000 in India.
