Xiaomi Mi Mix is a stylish all-screen smartphone that is already available. Its 6.4-inch display looks great in photos but is not comfortable to use. Xiaomi knows this and seems to be already working on a compact version of the Mi Mix, which has a similar design but with a 5.5-inch display size. Alleged live images of the phone are making rounds on the Chinese microblogging network, Weibo.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix, with its 6.4-inch display and 91.3 percent screen-to-body ratio is certainly a modern engineering marvel. However, its large profile poses an ergonomic challenge. So now, Xiaomi is bringing its shorter version, dubbed Xiaomi Mi Mix Nano, with a 5.5-inch display.
The Mi Mix Nano will house the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 mobile chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage. The Mi Max Nano’s live images have the phone in sleep mode and have a black leather upholstery in the background. That makes it a tad difficult to identify the design.
