Meizu seems to be working on multiple smartphones. It already has the high-end Meizu X and the mid-range Meizu M5 Note in the development pipeline. The company has confirmed that it will announce the Meizu X on November 30 and the Meizu M5 Note on the 6th of December. We exclusively reported the appearance of the M3X smartphone in Geekbench’s database with a MediaTek Helio P20 processor and 3GB of RAM. Now, another high-end smartphone – Meizu Pro 6 Plus – in the Pro series from the company has been spotted.
The Meizu Pro 6 Plus has appeared in Geekbench benchmark’s online database, but the exact processor model hasn’t been revealed. We only know that it’s an eight-core processor that’s ticking at the heart of the Pro 6 Plus, and that it is clocked at 1.4GHz. The smartphone has 4GB of RAM and is running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow as per the information extracted from the listing. The Meizu Pro 6 Plus was rumoured to launch along with the Pro 6s but it wasn’t.
