LeEco recently went through some troubled waters. That may not have affected company’s goals for a new powerful smartphone is in works. A new device from the company called the LeEco LEX920 phone with 6.3-inch display and dual rear camera setup recently surfaced on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging network.
The LEX920 appears to be a new large-screen phablet from LeEco’s stable. As per a Weibo post, the LEX920 has the same aluminum unibody design seen in the Le Max2 (LEX820). The images appear to be of prototype units.
Sporting a purported 6.3-inch display, the LEX920 will support a 2K (2560×1440) pixel resolution natively. A quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with Adreno 530 GPU for graphics powers this smartphone. The LeEco’s LEX920 will have 4GB of RAM.
At the rear, LeEco LEX920 may have a dual camera setup with a pair of a 12-megapixel camera and a LED flash below it. Under that is a fingerprint scanner. By default, the phone boots EUI based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Since LeEco has moved to CDLA audio, the bottom port can be USB Type-C by nature. From the images, it is quite clear that LeEco LEX920 will come in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, and Silver colour options.
As of now, there is no way to confirm whether the images are legit. So we recommend you take the above information with a pinch of salt.
