
Samsung’s Galaxy A9 Pro which was launched in India last year for ₹32,490 has received a price cut. Samsung announced today at an event in Mumbai that the smartphone will now be available for ₹29,900, with a reduction of ₹2590. The smartphone is expected to be available at this new price from 12am, March 3 onwards. It will be sold at Flipkart.
Samsung also announced that it will be offering EMIs and exchange offers for the A9 Pro. The company is offering up to₹16,000 on exchange and EMIs from₹2,492 per month. The device is available in Gold, Black and White colour options.
The Galaxy A9 Pro sports a massive 6-inch Full HD AMOLED display. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU with 4GB RAM. There is 32GB of internal storage space which is expandable memory up to 256GB via a microSD card. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In terms of camera specifications, there is a 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS, F1.9 aperture, and LED flash. At the front is an 8-megapixel front camera with F1.9 aperture. The device comes with a 5000mAh battery with support for fast charging.
