A promotion banner for the OPPO F3 and F3 Plus was recently spotted in Philippines, hinting that a launch could be expected some time soon. The banner shows a smartphone in full metal back which also looks a lot like previous OPPO phones. The rear camera and an LED flash are placed on the top left.
The arrival of the F3 and F3 Plus marks yet another addition to OPPO’s selfie-focussed smartphone list. Furthermore, with a dual-selfie camera, the OPPO F3 Plus joins the very small group of smartphones such as the Lenovo Vibe S1 and the Vivo V5 Plus that also feature a dual selfie-camera.
In terms of specifications, the OPPO F3 is rumoured to sport a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The phone is likely to have 32GB of internal storage. It is expected to run Android 7.0 Nougat with Color OS on top of it. In terms of the camera specs, the phone is said to feature a 20-megapixel front camera. A 3075mAh battery with Super VOOC fast charging technology is said to power the device.
