OPPO F3 Plus with 6-inch display, 4GB RAM and Android 6.0 Marshmallow spotted at GFXBench

OPPO has already sent out invites for its next selfie focused smartphone i.e. the OPPO F3 and the F3 Plus to be launched on March 23. Now, the bigger variant the OPPO F3 Plus, was found benchmarked on GFXBench with all of its specifications revealed. As expected, the device is rumoured to feature a 6-inch (1920x1080p) display.

The leaked benchmark also suggests 4GB of RAM and Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the smartphone. The OPPO F3 Plus is rumoured to run on Snapdragon 653 SoC and will come with 64GB internal storage. The benchmark listing reveals a 16-megapixel rear camera as well as a 16-megapixel front-facing camera on the smartphone. However, it is worth mentioning that the F3 Plus might possibly feature a dual camera setup of 16-megapixels and 8-megapixels instead, which contradicts the GFXBench result.

In addition to this, the company will also be unveiling the base variant i.e. the OPPO F3 which is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display. The smartphone will have 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage as per the leaked specifications released a few days back.

Both these smartphones will be launched simultaneously in Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and India on March 23.
