Coolpad launched the Coolpad Note 5 Lite in India last week. It’s a successor to the Coolpad Note 5 which made its debut last September. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite features metallic unibody and thin metal frame to give a premium look and feel. It will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Moto G4 Play, and Lenovo K6 Power.
The Coolpad Note 5 Lite features a 5-inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass and sports HD resolution. A quad-core MediaTek MT6735 mobile processor coupled with Mali-720 GPU for graphics. Coolpad packs 3GB of RAM to work with the chipset and offers 16-GB of onboard storage with a memory slot.
Coolpad claims that the fingerprint sensor on the Note 5 Lite can unlock it in 0.1 seconds. We are yet to confirm that claim. By default, the Note 5 Lite runs Cool UI based on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Take a look at the specifications of this handset.
