Honor 6C With 5-inch HD display, 4G LTE and 3020mAh battery launched

A day after it launched the Honor 8 Pro, Huawei’s sub brand Honor, has released yet another smartphone into the market – the Honor 6C. While the Honor 8 Pro boasts of flagship level specs, the Honor 6C is more of a mid-range device. Priced at EUR 229 (approximately ₹15,900), the Honor 6C is expected to be available for purchase from April 20. While it is currently available in the UK and Europe, there is no more information about its availability in other countries as of yet. It will be available in Grey, Silver and Gold colours. 

Honor 6C Specifications & Features

The Honor 6C comes with a 5-inch HD (720x1280p) IPS LCD display. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. There is 32GB of internal storage space, which can be expanded using a microSD card to up to 128GB. The device runs Huawei’s homegrown EMUI 4.1 atop Android 6.0 Marshmallow. 

The Honor 6C’s camera setup boasts of a 13-megapixel rear camera with F2.2 aperture, phase detection, and LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with F2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls. For connectivity, the Honor 6C comes equipped with 4G LTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. The handset has a 3020mAh battery. The fingerprint sensor rests below the camera at the rear. It weighs 138g.
