Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus with Android 7.0 Nougat, 4000 mAh battery goes official in China


Huawei continues to expand is budget range with yet another smartphone but with a big battery. The new Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus arrives with a slightly bigger display than the previous Enjoy phones. This new Enjoy 7 Plus looks very similar to the Enjoy 6 in terms of design but differs in terms of hardware.

The Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch display compared to the Enjoy 6 which had a 5-inch display. However, the screen still carries the same – 1280×720 pixel resolution. Huawei is smart enough to load Android 7.0 Nougat even on this budget phone.

Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus

A quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset houses inside to strike a balance between performance and power efficiency. That’s surprising for Huawei used to pack MediaTek chips in its Enjoy series. To support the Snapdragon 435, Huawei packs 3GB of RAM and offers 32GB worth of storage.

At the rear is a 12-megapixel camera with a LED flash. Under the camera unit is a fingerprint scanner. On the front is an 8-megapixel camera to click the selfies. Huawei will sell this phone in Gold, White, and Silver / Grey colour options.

Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus will first go on sale in China at CNY 1,600, which equates to roughly Rs 14,910 in India. However, if introduced in India, the Enjoy 7 Plus will certainly cost more than that.
