Motorola has been quite cheeky about its upcoming devices. In the recent Motorola Rap video, we spotted the Moto X (2017) series smartphone. Hidden in the video was yet another phone – Moto C.

Now, a purported press image of the handset has leaked. Evan Blass, a reputed source for mobile leaks, gave his two cents and confirmed that the phone indeed is Moto C as used in the Motorola Rap video. The freshly leaked image reveals the design of the Moto C. At the rear, the circular camera module packing an image sensor and a LED flash is visible. A little lower are the holes for the speaker.
Last month, Motorola’s handset with model number XT1750 recieved a certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance. That phone is estimated to be the Motorola Moto C. The phone’s Wi-Fi certification revealed that it houses a MediaTek MT6780 chipset.
Besides that, the certification also revealed that the Moto C runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.
There are no other details available for the Moto C as yet. However, it is quite evident that this might be a yet another low-end phone from Motorola. We shall keep our eyes open to see if any details about its hardware, release, and price surface online.
