New Moto Z2 Force press render hits the web

By now, most of you might be well-aware of the upcoming Moto Z2 Force flagship from Motorola. A new press render of the flagship smartphone has appeared online, giving us a clear look at the handset’s design.

As can be seen quite clearly, the Moto Z2 Force features a dual-camera setup at the back, with the two sensors laid out horizontally inside a circular ring that also houses the dual-tone LED flash. Rest of it is pretty familiar though, with the Moto batwing logo in the middle and the 16-pin Moto Mod connectors. The front of the handset is more or less similar to its predecessor from last year.

A recent leak had confirmed the Moto Z2 Force will feature a “ShatterShield” display, possibly measuring 5.5-inches and offering the same 1440 x 2560 Quad HD resolution as its predecessor. Under the hood, Moto Z2 Force will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core 64-bit SoC with the Adreno 540 GPU. On the connectivity front, the main highlight will be support for 1 Gbps LTE speeds, putting it on par with rivals such as the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. While there is no word yet regarding a potential release timeframe, we expect Motorola to announce the Moto Z2 Force and the Moto Z2 Play by the end of the second quarter.
