The new Envy 13 is powered by a 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7200U processor with a 2.50 GHz base frequency and 3.10 GHz Turbo frequency. It features a 13.3-inch touch-enabled display with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution and thinner bezels all around for a more immersive viewing experience. Professionals will be pleased to learn that an N-trig based stylus comes included with the Envy 13. Discrete graphics will be available as an option, but HP hasn’t yet revealed any specific details yet. The notebook packs 8GB of RAM and includes 256GB of solid state drive in its middle configuration.
In terms of design, the Envy 13 boasts a brushed aluminum and magnesium chassis that not just looks classy but is also very strong and durable. As far as battery life goes, HP is claiming the notebook is capable of providing up to 14 hours of “mixed usage” and up to 12 and a half hours of video playback time.
HP Envy 13 is expected to begin shipping sometime next month with prices starting at $890 (Rs.57,600) and going up to $1,180 (Rs.76,400).
