At an event in Shanghai, China, Microsoft announced its new Surface Pro hybrid laptop with Kaby Lake processors. The company also announced that the Surface Laptop and the Surface Studio all-in-on PC will be available in China. Microsoft also announced at the event that, apart from China, the Surface Studio will be available in 12 new markets around the world, mostly European countries.
Up until now, the stunning Surface Studio was available in limited markets and in limited quantity. Now, the company wants to change that. The Microsoft Surface Studio will be available in 13 new markets starting June 15. The list of countries include Austria, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K.
Microsoft still didn’t announce plans for launching the Surface Laptop, Surface Pro, and the Surface Studio for the Indian market, leaving Indian consumers wanting. However, we understand why the company might be considering to launch them at all in India. Thanks to their high price, the products might not be sold in high numbers, making it hard for Microsoft to launch them in India.
