OnePlus is currently in the news for its upcoming flagship – OnePlus 5. While the phone’s launch date is yet to arrive, the company’s co-founder Carl Pei is showing his sense of humour on Twitter. Earlier today, Pei gave a cryptic reply to an enquiry about the headphone jack and may have confirmed its presence.
The anticipation around the OnePlus 5 continues to rise, and the co-founder is milking it. On Twitter, a user inquired Pei about the headphone jack. To which, Pei turned into a classic joke – why did headphone jack cross the road.

The OnePlus has put up yet another teaser which hints four colour options. The company first experimented with the soft gold colour option with the OnePlus 3T and then the Midnight Black colour edition.
The OnePlus 5 is set to run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM. At the back, it will have dual 16-megapixel cameras with dual LED flash at the bottom. Of course, there will be Dash Charge support for the battery. By default, the phone will boot OxygenOS version based on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The OnePlus 5 will debut sometime late next month.
