It looks like Nokia is readying itself for the launch of the Nokia 9 as the device has been seen on multiple benchmarking as well as certification websites. The most recent certification the handset is said to have received is the FCC certification which also confirms some of its details. A variant of the Nokia 9 with model number TA-1004 was also seen at FCC. It is said to have a 5.3-inch display with a 1440 × 2560p resolution and a microSD card slot. The smartphone will have CDMA and GSM support apart from Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC.

The Nokia 9 will come equipped with a Snapdragon 835 processor and will have 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Additionally, two higher-end variants of the Nokia 9 assumed to have 6GB/8GB RAM were also seen. The smartphone is said to run on Android 7.1 Nougat.

The smartphone will have a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. The device might also come with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support. As per recent rumours, it is believed that the Nokia 9 might retail for $700 (₹45,031). If the company does stick to this rumoured pricing, the handset will be a strong competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6 and the upcoming OnePlus 5.

Meanwhile, we had also seen two different variants of the Nokia 9 codenamed TA-1012 and TA-1052 on Geekbench a few days ago. These variants were also reported to have received the Bluetooth SIG certification and the FCC certification a few days ago.
