The OnePlus 5 was last seen on AnTutu a few days ago, where many of its specifications were revealed in detail. Now the handset has been discovered on the Geekbench database website, giving us a glimpse of the hardware which appears to be the same as seen on AnTuTu. The OnePlus 5 with model number A5000, is shown to be running on a Snapdragon 835 processor with 8GB of RAM and has a multi-core score of 6562.
The firm also showcased the first teaser of the OnePlus 5 yesterday, in which the handset looks like the iPhone 7 from the back and will have a dual rear camera setup. The smartphone is supposed to have a 5.5-inch display with a 1080p pixel resolution, which was confirmed by the company’s CEO a few days ago. The device is also said to come with a standard variant which will have 6GB of RAM, 64GB storage and will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat up front.
The company has also tied up with DxO to improve the camera performance on OnePlus 5. The device is said to have a 23-megapixel camera at the back and a 16-megapixel front-facing shooter, as suggested by the AnTuTu listing. The device is said to be the thinnest of all OnePlus’ smartphones and might pack a 3400mAh battery.
Meanwhile, we can also expect to see a 6GB of RAM variant of the OnePlus 5 at Geekbench in the upcoming days. Stay tuned with us to learn more about the OnePlus 5.
