Chinese phone maker Oppo recently added yet another selfie-centric handset to its lineup with the launch of the new Oppo F3 Lite. This handset which is currently on sale in Vietnam seems to be a rebranded version of another phone from the company, the Oppo A57. The looks and the spec sheet of both these handsets are identical. In case you are not aware, the Oppo A57 is a nearly year-old handset that was launched back in November 2016 and is also available in India where it was launched in January 2017. Let us now quickly check the specifications of the Oppo F3 Lite.
Oppo F3 Lite Specifications
The Oppo F3 Lite features a 5.1-inch HD display and comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC, an octa core chip clocked at 1.4 GHz. It also houses the Adreno 505 GPU for graphics. The handset gets 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with an SD card slot for additional memory expansion and supports SD cards of up to 128GB capacity. The F3 Lite is also a dual-SIM capable handset. The handset also gets a fingerprint scanner on the home button for added security.
As far as imaging goes, the Oppo F3 Lite is touted to be a selfie-centric handset that gets a 16-megapixel, f 2.0, front-facing camera. The secondary camera is at the rear and can capture 13-megapixel shots. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB. There is also a 3.5mm audio jack for connecting headphones. The handset weighs at just over 147 grams. Battery capacity is rated at 2900 mAh.
As of now, it is not clear if Oppo will bring the Oppo F3 Lite to India considering they already have the Oppo A57 on sale here. In Vietnam, the F3 Lite has received a price tag of VND 5,490,000 that translates roughly to ₹16,000.
