We all thought that Yahoo’s mobile apps are done and dusted. However, the company surprised us when it recently launched a completely revamped version of Yahoo Messenger and now, Yahoo Cricket. The new version of the app gets a slick new user interface design and real-time updates. The app is now available for download on iOS and Android devices through App Store and Google Play Store, respectively.
Apart from a new look and feel and fast sources of Cricket-related information such as news, scores and statistics, the Yahoo Cricket app brings new features such as Ball By Ball Commentary, Embedded Tweets, Infographics, and Moments You Missed. The ball-by-ball updates and commentary feature was sorely missed in the app. Moreover, users can also take part in polls and see live photos as well as tweets in the app.
