After announcing the Rs.999 plan earlier this month, Vodafone has announced another plan – this time aimed at price-conscious customers. The new plan called the Vodafone SuperWeek Plan offers customers unlimited local and STD calls along with 500MB of data for just Rs.69. The validity of this pack is for 7 days hence the name SuperWeek. Customers can make unlimited repeat purchases of the pack.
Announcing the new SuperPack, Avneesh Khosla, Associate Director – Consumer Business, Vodafone India said,
“We, at Vodafone, believe in providing the best network, service experience and value to our customers. With SuperWeek, the key objective is to offer a pocket friendly and affordable unlimited plan that will appeal to all prepaid consumers. This plan will further enable our customers to remain confidently connected and enjoy a worry free Vodafone SuperNet 4G experience on our best network ever.”
The SuperWeek packs are available across all retail outlets, USSD, website and the MyVodafone app.

It was just a few days ago that Vodafone also announced a Rs.999 pack for a select group of users. This was seen as a response to Jio’s Diwali Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. Airtel too launched a bunch of new plans during Diwali eve to compete with Jio. Incidentally, just a few days later, Jio increased the prices of its packs – reducing the validity of some of its popular packs.
It remains to be seen if the other carriers too follow suit and start increasing prices now that we are past the festive season.
