The OnePlus 5T was announced in November 2017 and is currently priced at ?37,999 for its top end 128GB variant. The iPhone 7 Plus was released in September 2016 and is currently priced at ?57,999 for the 32GB ROM version. Next up, we have the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge which was launched in February 2016 and its 128GB ROM model is currently priced at ?43,900. The iPhone 7 was launched at the same time as the iPhone 7 Plus and is currently available for ?54,700 (128GB onboard storage).

The OnePlus 5T is the newest phone among the four. It comes with a 6.01 optic AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels at 401ppi. It has an aspect ratio of 18:9. The iPhone 7 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD display that offers a pixel density of 401ppi and a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge sports a 5.5-inch super AMOLED display, which offers a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels at 534ppi. The iPhone 7 is equipped with a 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD screen that offers a resolution of 750×1334 and 326ppi.

The OnePlus 5T comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core (4 x 2.45GHz + 4 x 1.9GHz) processor under the hood, as compared to the iPhone 7 Plus which features an Apple A10 Fusion quad-core 2.34GHz chipset. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is equipped with an Exynos 8890 Octa octa-core (4 x 2.3GHz + 4 x 1.6GHz) chip and the iPhone 7 is powered by the same chip as the iPhone 7 Plus — the Apple A10 Fusion quad-core 2.34GHz SoC.

The OnePlus 5T comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal memory, whereas the iPhone 7 Plus offers 3GB RAM paired with 32GB onboard storage. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge offers 4GB RAM and 128GB storage space and the iPhone 7 comes with 2GB RAM and 128GB onboard memory.

While the OnePlus 5T offers the latest Android version, Oreo, the iPhones offer the latest iOS version as well, 11.2. Comparatively, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge offers Android Nougat currently, but Samsung is developing an Oreo update for the S7 Edge at the moment.

The OnePlus 5T features a dual camera setup on the back — a 16MP (f/1.7) + 20MP (f/1.7) pair that offers excellent portrait mode and regular images. The iPhone 7 Plus also offers a dual lens on the back: a pair of 12MP (f/1.8) + 12MP (f/2.8) shooters. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge skips the dual camera trend with a traditional 12MP f/1.7 rear camera. It’s a similar case for the iPhone 7, which sports a 12MP f/1.8 rear snapper. While the OnePlus 5T offers electronic image stabilisation, the iPhone 7, 7 Plus and S7 Edge offers optical image stabilisation. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge additionally features Dual Pixel phase detection autofocus. All four phones can record 2160p video at 30fps.

The OnePlus 5T is equipped with a 16MP f/2.0 front camera whereas the iPhone 7 Plus offers a 7MP f/2.2 front shooter. The S7 Edge comes with a 5MP f/1.7 selfie camera in comparison, and the iPhone 7 has the same front camera as the iPhone 7 Plus.
