The Honor 9 Lite comes equipped with a Kirin 659 octa-core (4 x 2.36GHz + 4 x 1.7GHz) SoC whereas the Oppo A71 is said to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core 1.8GHz under the hood. The Oppo A71 (2018), in comparison, has a 13MP f/2.2 shooter whereas the Redmi Note 4 has a 13MP f/2.0 rear camera.
