Today, Xiaomi has unveiled two new smartphones in India, the Redmi Note 5 and the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The Redmi Note 5 succeeds the Redmi Note 4, and the Redmi Note 5 Pro is the beefed-up variant of the Redmi Note 5. The Redmi Note 5 starts at Rs. 9,999 for the 32GB storage variant, and the Redmi Note 5 Pro starts at Rs. 13,999 for the 32GB storage variant. The predecessor of the Redmi Note 5 is currently the highest selling smartphone in India.
