Lenovo-owned Motorola is expected to unveil its latest G-series Android smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona next week. While the company is yet to confirm anything officially, rumors suggest we may see the Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play go official at the upcoming event, alongside the standard Moto G6. Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play: Design & Display
While early rumors had hinted at the possibility of the Moto G6 series closely resembling the Moto G5 series in the design language, leaked renders of the three Moto G6 smartphones have made it quite clear that it wouldn’t actually be the case. The Moto G6 Plus is expected to feature a 5.93-inch display with 1080 x 2160 Full HD+ resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Moto G6 Play, on the other hand, will come with a smaller 5.7-inch sized display with HD resolution. In terms of build, all Moto G6 smartphones will feature a metal-and-glass construction instead of the metal unibody build seen in the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus smartphones from last year.
