
Xiaomi’s big flash sale for three of its recently launched products, the Redmi 5, Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A went live today at 12 PM on Amazon.in, Flipkart and Xiaomi’s official website Mi.com. Additionally, these products will also be up for sale at Xiaomi’s offline Mi Home stores, so if your city has one, then you can grab one of the units there. As for the flash sale, their model is a bit twisted for the buyers, the sale ends as soon as the products run out of stock which is generally in a span of a few seconds. As expected, they all went Out of Stock immediately after the sale went live. The Next Sale is on March 30 at the same time – 12 PM. Redmi 5: Price in India, Specifications, Features
The Redmi 5 debuted in India March 14, 2018, at a starting price of Rs. 7,999 for the 2GB RAM/16GB storage variant. The other two variants of the phone include a 3GB RAM/64GB storage variant and 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant. The phone is a successor to the successful Redmi 4 smartphone and comes with a better display and SoC.
A 5.7-inch bezel-less IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution features on the Redmi 5 smartphone. It is powered by a 14nm Snapdragon 450 processor, which is better than the other phones in the same price segment. In the imaging department, the Redmi 5 sports a 12MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera with Full HD video video-recording capabilities. A 3300mAh battery backs the device, which is lower than the battery capacity offered on the Redmi 4.
Mi TV 4A: Price in India, Specifications, Features
Xiaomi’s 43-inch Mi TV 4A is launched at Rs. 22,999 in India while the 32-inch Mi TV 4A is priced at Rs. 13,999. For now, launch offers are no more active for the smart TV. Regarding specs and features, the Mi TV 4A, the 43-inch and 32-inch variants bear 1920×1080 pixels resolution and 1366×768 pixels resolution, respectively. Both the models offer 178-degree viewing angle and 60Hz refresh rate. They are powered by an Amlogic quad-core SoC paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB inbuilt storage. Concerning software, the MI TV 4A runs Xiaomi’s AI-powered PatchWall UI that is customised for the Indian users.
The 43-inch Mi TV 4A price in India is Rs. 22,999, while the 32-inch Mi TV 4A will be available at Rs. 13,999. As for launch offers, the Mi TV 4A models come with Rs. 2,200 instant cashback with a JioFi connection. In terms of specifications, the 43-inch model sports a full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) display while the 32-inch model has an HD (1366×768 pixels) display. Both display panels have a 178-degree viewing angle and 60Hz refresh rate. The two Mi TV 4A models are powered by an Amlogic quad-core SoC that’s coupled with 1GB of RAM, and come with 8GB of internal storage.

On the other hand, the Mi TV 4 debuted with a single 55-inch Ultra-HD variant priced at Rs. 39,999. The smart TV comes with LED display boasting 4K resolution at 3840×2160 pixels and HDR. It measures just 4.9mm and offer 178-degrees viewing angle and a response time of 8 microseconds. A 64-bit 1.8GHz quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 SoC with Mali-T830 graphics powers the device with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
The Mi TV 4 also includes Dolby+DTS Cinema Audio, with two 8W duct inverted speakers. On the software front, it runs Xiaomi’s AI-powered PatchWall UI that is overhauled for the Indian audiences. The software offers customised recommendations and universal search features to the user.
Furthermore, Xiaomi claims that both the Mi TV 4A and the Mi TV 4 include over 500,000 hours of content curated from partner providers like ALT Balaji, Viu, TVF, Flickstree, Hotstar, Voot, Voot Kids, Sony Liv, Hungama Play, Zee5, Sun NXT, and Viu. The video content is available in 15 Indian languages.
