The OPPO Find X is going to be the first flagship from the company is a very long time and it will come with hardware designed to give the likes Samsung’s phones and other devices a whole lot of competition, worry, and stress.

The latest specifications of the Find X have been leaked, showing that the phone is not going to spare any expense of becoming one of the best Android phones in the market from a specifications comparison.

OPPO Find X: Detailed Specifications Leaked

Specifications of the OPPO Find X were leaked via Twitter and these show that the smartphone is going to be available in two color models; Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue. The smartphone is also expected to get a massive screen of 6.4 inches with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a 2340 x 1080 resolution. The brightness level of the smartphone according to the specifications goes up to 430 nits but because the unit given in the specs sheet is written as ‘TYP’, it might not be called nits, but something else.

This could mean that the peak brightness of the OPPO Find X could be much higher, though it does not reveal what sort of display technology is being used. Since it is a flagship smartphone it could very well be using OLED technology since a Snapdragon 660-powered Vivo X21 also features an OLED screen and in comparison to the Find X, the latter is certainly a beast in the hardware specifications department.

The chipset powering the smartphone is going to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. According to the specifications, the phone will also have 128GB of internal storage, which is going to be more than enough for regular users. OPPO had also revealed that the Find X will feature an optical 5x zoom camera technology and Super VOOC Flash Charge support.

As far as the imaging details are concerned, the phone will sport a 16 + 20MP rear-facing camera setup. At the front, it will feature a 24MP camera for selfies and video calls. The 5x zoom technology, which was unveiled earlier this year during MWC 2018, uses a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera and features a periscope-style design which is 5.7mm thick.

The Super VOOC Flash Charge technology was introduced by OPPO two years ago by showcasing a 2500mAh battery. The battery got topped up in just 15 minutes of time, but as you can see, the Find X has a 3730mAh battery so the overall charging time is going to take longer.

Additionally, there is a chance that this is not the only model OPPO releases and we could see one with 256GB worth of internal storage. On the software front, the smartphone will run Android 8.1 Oreo with OPPO’s Color OS UI on top.

The Find X will also feature a fingerprint sensor but where that fingerprint sensor will be present, we’ll find out in the future.

OPPO Find X: Vivo NEX S like Ultra FullView display

As mentioned above, the Find X will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels), 19:9 aspect ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There was also a teaser which reveals that the design of the smartphone will be similar to the Vivo NEX S Ultra FullView display, which is an almost bezel-less design.

OPPO Find X: Launch date

According to the poster, the launch date of the OPPO Find X is going to be on the 19th of June, with the event taking place in Paris. This is certainly going to be a high-profile launch and looking at the impressive hardware specifications and advanced camera technology expected to be found in the flagship, OPPO will truly have something beautiful to show to the world in less than a week.
