Xiaomi took wraps off two new smartphones—Redmi 6 Pro and Mi Pad 4—in China yesterday. Now, it seems like the Chinese smartphone maker is gearing up for the yet another smartphone launch. It was reported yesterday that Xiaomi is aiming to launch the Hatsune Miku Special Edition of the Mi 6X on July 3. Earlier today, a teaser was revealed on Weibo which pointed towards a launch on June 28.
Ahead of the official launch date, renders of the Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition have been revealed. The smartphone is priced at CNY 2,099 (approximately, Rs. 21,700) in China. It could be released on June 28 in the country.

Going by the images, we can see that the phone’s colour scheme and graphics are similar to that of the Redmi Note 4X Hatsune Miku Special Edition, which Xiaomi had announced last year. However, there’s one change: Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition has a Hatsune Miku icon at its rear. At the front, the phone will retain the White finish.
