The Jio Phone 2 sports a bar design and is small and compact which aids better handling of the phone. One notable change in the Jio Phone 2 is that it comes with front and rear imaging sensors.
The phone flaunts an alphanumeric QWERTY keypad and ships with an inbuilt 4GB storage. The Jio Phone 2 reportedly has support for 22 Indian languages. and, the Jio Phone 2 4GB variant comes in only Black color. The Jio Phone 2 also comes with a panic button which when pressed will send messages to the concerned person in case of an emergency.

The Jio Phone 2 runs KAI OS. The feature phone from Reliance Jio sports a 2.4-inch screen and bears a 2MP snapper on both rear and front of the device. The Jio Phone 2 drives its power from an impressive 2,200mAh battery which is expected to support talk time up to 14 hours.
The Jio Phone 2 ships with two 2-megapixel sensors- one at the back and one at the front. The rear imaging snapper is also aided with an LED flash which can be used for low-light photography, poor weather conditions and can also serve as a flashlight.
On the connectivity front, you will be getting 4G with VoLTE support, Bluetooth to transfer and receive files and data, and dual-SIM support with the latest Jio phone. Jio Phone 2 will retail at Rs. 2,999 starting August 15. Reliance Jio is doing exceedingly well as compared to other telecom networks, thus accelerating the overall performance of the Reliance Industries Limited. Just a day before this year’s RIL AGM, Financial Express reported a 2.1 percent hike in the oil-to-retail-to-telecom conglomerate’s share value. This would be an intra-day high of Rs. 992 on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). This is a respectable increase from the opening price of Rs 974.80 per share on the BSE. AT closing, Reliance Industries Ltd’s market capitalization stood at Rs 6,27,335.18 crore according to BSE data.
The company has earned a total revenue of Rs 4,08,265 crore and the highest-ever consolidated net profit of Rs 36,080 crore for the financial year ended 31 March 2018. Recently, the company also announced the acquisition of a US-based telecom company to explore IoT and 5G in India. The US company is making a loss as of now, but Reliance Jio is keen on exploring the future possibilities while taking a calculative risk.
