Honor’s upcoming flagship phablet, the Honor Note 10 has leaked online yet again. This time, an alleged live image showing the phablet’s front panel has surfaced on Weibo. The latest leak comes days after the Honor Note 10 was listed online by Chinese online retailer JD.com.

Honor Note 10: Front Design Revealed

The first live image showing the upcoming Honor Note 10 from the front reveals the phablet will feature a FullView display similar to Huawei’s previous 2018 flagship devices. However, there is one key difference. While all 2018 flagship devices released by Huawei and Honor comes with a notched display, the Honor Note 10 does not have a notch at the top. Despite the lack of a notch, it does look like the Honor Note 10 will have an impressive screen-to-body ratio. The side bezels are near non-existent, while the top and bottom bezels also appear impressively thin. As revealed by the leaked images showing the rear panel of the handset a few days back, the Honor Note 10 will have a glass or ceramic back with a dual-camera setup and a circular fingerprint sensor. Just like the front, the phablet’s rear panel is also quite different compared to the Honor 10.

Honor Note 10: Rumored Specifications, Features

According to latest leaks, the Honor Note 10 will come equipped with a gigantic 6.9-inch sized AMOLED display featuring Quad HD+ resolution and perhaps an 18.5:9 or even taller aspect ratio. Powering the Honor Note 10 will be Huawei’s flagship Kirin 970 octa-core chipset, which powers pretty much all high-end Huawei and Honor smartphones released this year. In the memory department, Honor Note 10 is expected to come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. Further expansion may not be possible, just like the Honor 10.

In the camera department, Honor Note 10 is rumored to be identical to the Honor 10 with a 24MP + 16MP dual-camera setup on the back. The dual-camera setup on the back of the phablet is expected to offer various AI-enhanced features like AI scene recognition and an AI Portrait Mode. On the front, however, the Honor Note 10 will have a single 24MP sensor with an AI Portrait Mode feature and AI-powered beautification.

In terms of connectivity, the Honor Note 10 will come with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, NFC, USB Type-C port, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, 4G VoLTE, and an IR blaster. As shown by the leaked images of the phablet, there will be a circular fingerprint sensor on the back of the handset. Keeping the lights on could be a massive 6000mAh capacity battery with Honor Super Charge fast charging technology. On the software front, we expect the Honor Note 10 to ship with the Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.2 out of the box.

Honor Note 10: China Launch Expected on July 26

Earlier this week, the Honor Note 10 was listed on JD.com in China, with the online e-commerce giant accepting registrations for the phablet until the 25th of July. While Honor is yet to confirm anything, the JD listing suggests the Honor Note 10 could be launched in China on the 26th of this month. Pricing, however, remains a mystery at this point.
