iQOO has finally introduced its next-generation smartphone in its popular Neo series. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro comes loaded with some amazing features at this price segment, including the latest Snapdragon Gen 8+ Gen 1 processor, 50MP triple-camera setup, AMOLED display, and more.

The latest iQOO Neo 7 Pro comes with a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The chipset comes with one Cortex X2 high-performance core, three Cortex A710 and four Cortex A510 cores. The chipset also packs Adreno GPU.

However, this is not it, the iQOO smartphone also packs a Smart 3D cooling system for better heat dissipation and up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. All of this makes it a powerful smartphone that can witness any stress test or long gaming sessions.

Gaming Capabilities

Coming to gaming, iQOO devices are notch ahead of the competition and the same goes with the latest iQOO smartphone. The handset comes loaded with some great gaming features that make it a perfect mobile gaming companion. To start with, the device features an independent gaming chip that helps to boost the frame rates up to 90 or 120 FPS.

You get a new Motion control feature that allows you to perform six different motion controls that elevate the whole gaming experience. Moreover, the handset also comes with dual stereo speakers along with 4D game vibration. It also features a 1200Hz instant touch sampling rate that provides a faster touch response.

Promising Cameras

The latest iQOO Neo 7 Pro also features some good camera features. The device packs a triple-camera setup on the rear panel with a 50MP primary ISOCELL GN5 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the handset is also with a 16MP camera for selfies and video calling.

iQOO has added some interesting features that are quite helpful. To start with, the device comes with a bokeh portrait video mode along with dual-view video mode that uses rear and front cameras to improve the vlogging experience. The latest iQOO Neo 7 Pro comes loaded with some great battery charging speed. The company has added a 120W FlashCharge technology that can quickly charge the device from 1 per cent to 50 per cent in just 8 minutes and up to 100 per cent in 25 minutes. The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery.

AMOLED Display

The smartphone is equipped with some advanced display features. The model comes loaded with a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It also comes with a peak brightness of 1300nits and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Moreover, the display also offers Scott Xensation UP protection, HDR10+ certification, and 16,000-level dimming. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro also features 2160Hz PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), which is essentially a dimming method for OLED display to control the light-dark cycle of individual pixels.

One Thing We Didn’t Like About iQOO Neo 7 Pro

Bloatware

Although the iQOO Neo 7 Pro is a near-perfect device, it still has some share of drawbacks. One of the most persistent ones is the amount of bloatware you get in the application.

There are two culprits over here: Hot Apps and Hot Games, which are basically a folder that shows ads for different apps and games. Apart from this, you also get some pre-loaded third-party apps like BYUS and more, which can be slightly off-putting for some.
