OPPO A73 Listed on Official Website Revealing Full Specifications and Images, Launch Seems Imminent

OPPO is all set to launch a new smartphone in its A-series called the OPPO A73. We have come across an array of leaks and rumours about the smartphone and now the company has listed the OPPO A73 on OPPO Tunisia website. The company has showcased the handset in full glory with key specifications ahead of the launch. Let’s have a closer look at the specifications and features of the phone.

OPPO A73 Confirmed Specifications and Features

According to the official listing, the OPPO A73 will arrive in Classic Silver and Navy Blue colour options and at the back, the handset features a leather texture with quad-camera setup and OPPO branding. Look wise, the smartphone looks very sleek. It comes with a thickness of 7.45mm and weight around 163grams.

The OPPO A73 is fuelled by a 4,015mAh non-removable battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 support. The company claims that the charge is capable of fully charging the phone in less than an hour. The smartphone is backed by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, clubbed with Adreno 610 at 950MHz.

At the front, the OPPO A73 will flaunt a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9, 90.7 per cent screen-to ratio, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It also houses a waterdrop cutout design to accommodate the selfie camera setup and an in-display fingerprint scanner for easy access. It runs on Android 10 operating system on top of ColorOS 7.2.

On the camera front, the OPPO A73 will feature quad-camera setup that consists of 16MP main camera with 8M wide-angle Fixed Focus Camera, a 2MP mono lens, and a 2MP macro sensor along with an LED flash. Upfront, it houses a 16MP selfie camera setup which sits underneath the waterdrop notch.

Meanwhile, looking at the design and specifications available on the OPPO official site, it seems that OPPO A73 looks similar to the OPPO F17. We can safely say that the OPPO A73 seems to be the rebranded version of OPPO F17.
