Taiwanese PC maker Acer has launched its latest laptop in India called Aspire Vero. Aspire Vero is a laptop that is built with a 30% PCR plastic chassis cutting down CO2 emissions by 21% to produce that part and it is built to be sustainable and Acer has also used 50% PCR plastic on keycaps.
Acer Aspire Vero Price in India
The laptop is priced at Rs 79,999 and it will be available on Acer Online Store, Acer Exclusive Stores and other authorized retail stores. As of now, the laptop is being sold on the Acer Online Store for Rs 60,990 alongside some offers like first Year Accidental Damage Protection and a 2-year Extended Warranty worth Rs 8,999 at Rs 899.
Also, for exchanging any laptop for Acer Aspire Vero, customers can get additional Rs 2,000 discount. Acer is also offering No Cost EMI on HDFC, ICICI & Axis Bank Cards for three months and six months EMI terms.
Acer Aspire Vero Specifications
Acer Aspire Vero comes with a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS LED-backlit TFT LCD display. There are narrow bezels around the display and the screen-to-body ratio is 81.42%. It is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 (1155G7) quad-core processor with a turbo boost up to 4.50GHz, paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD alongside Intel Iris Xe Graphics. However, users can expand the RAM up to 12GB by popping in an additional 4GB stick.
The laptop runs Windows 11 out of the box and Acer has added a physical privacy switch on the laptop for its webcam. The keyboard on the laptop is backlit and the laptop comes with Windows Hello, letting users securely log on using the onboard fingerprint scanner. In terms of connectivity, the Acer Aspire Vero offers the latest Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Gigabit Ethernet, an HDMI port, one USB 3.1 port, one USB 3.2 port, one USB Type-C port, and one USB 2.0 port.
The laptop comes with Acer’s VeroSense app which improves energy efficiency and helps users extend battery life. There are various modes that users can choose as per their requirements- Performance, Balanced, Eco, and Eco+. Acer Aspire Vero packs a 3-cell 48Whr battery and according to Acer, this battery can make the laptop run for up to 10 hours. The laptop supports 65W charging as well. As an approach towards a greener world, Acer has designed the packaging box of the laptop in such a way that users can use the box and its contents to turn the packaging into a fully functional laptop stand.
