Acer Day Sale has begun today, and will continue until Thursday, August 5. The sale marks significant discounts on laptop prices, with Acer teasing that the sale would give “a chance to get laptops at half price.” Other perks offered during the sale include bundled Acer accessories such as laptop bags, gaming headsets and true wireless earbuds with laptops, as well as additional warranties and no-cost EMI deals on select products. Discount coupons will also be up for grabs at the sale, via lucky draws.
Purchasing an Acer gaming laptop will give users a deal that includes a three-year warranty with accident damage warranty for the first one year, and the Nitro gaming headset bundled in the deal. Buyers of business and education sector laptops will get the same warranty on offer, alongside a laptop bag worth Rs 7,800 free with their purchases. Finally, tablet and air purifier buyers will also get Acer’s true wireless earbuds worth Rs 2,499 free with their products, and each of these offers will be up for availing across both offline and online platforms. Only Acer authorised third party retailers will offer the deals.
With the event, the company has announced a regional virtual event titled ‘Live Your World’, which premieres today alongside the sale. Talking about the theme of the 5th annual sale by Acer, Andrew Hou, president of Acer APAC, said, “The Acer Day theme of ‘Live Your World’ this year draws inspiration from the belief that all of us can make the best of any situation and continue to live our lives, no matter where we are and what constraints we are under. Technology has broken barriers and enabled people to stay connected even more. We believe music is the best medium to transcend borders and circumstances, that’s why we are inviting the artists to create a special song.”
Acer has also stated that during this period, all laptop buyers will be able to avail no cost EMI deals on the products. The latter, along with the new warranty plans introduced at the sale will remain in place until August 31.
