Age of Empires IV Technical Stress Test

Prior to its scheduled October 2021 release, Age of Empires IV is inviting gamers for an open Technical Stress Test, which kicks off on Friday September 17th, 10 am PT/10:30 PM Indian Standard Time. The Technical Stress Test will continue till Monday, September 20th, 10 am PT/10:30 PM IST, giving players a chance to play the game before its release date.

This is a lot different than the Closed Beta that Age of Empires IV had about a month ago – as it doesn’t require an invite. To play the game for the Techincal Stress Test, players’ PCs will simply need to meet the minimum requirements. This large-scale test will help players get in on the action ahead of release, and allow developers to gather feedback directly from the gamers.
